If you need assistance, there are several ways to get in touch with our Customer Support Team. Follow the steps below to ensure your inquiries are addressed promptly.

Submit a ticket

You can submit a ticket to our Customer Support Team with or without creating an account. This guide will walk you through both methods:

  1. Click the Submit a request link in the upper-right corner of the screen.



  2. You will be prompted to enter your contact email. Additionally, describe the issue you are experiencing and upload any relevant files, such as error screenshots or other documents.

  1. Click Submit to send the message to the Customer Support Team.

For a more efficient experience, we recommend creating an account using your company email address. This allows you to track the progress of your support tickets. Follow the steps in this tutorial to learn how to create and manage your account.
