Submitting requests to Yola Support

To submit a support ticket and track its progress, we encourage you to create an account using your company email address.

We have enabled Single Sign-On (SSO) for our Help Center, which simplifies the process of requesting assistance from Yola Customer Support by streamlining the login experience.

Creating your account

Here’s how you create an account:

  1. When you attempt to sign in to the Partner Resource Center, you will be prompted to log in with your Yola.com account. If you do not have an account, you can easily sign up from the same page.
  2. Log into your account to view your history of interactions with the Help Center and Support Team. You can see the status of requests submitted by you or your organization, as well as requests where you were mentioned in the CC field of a ticket. 

Note: If you cannot see your organization’s tickets, please contact our Customer Support team

Managing your account

To find a request, do the following: 

  1. Click your name on the top-right corner of the screen, and then click Activities.
  2. Use the search field or sort requests by the options available in the drop-down menu on the right.


Editing your profile

You can edit your profile by clicking the My Profile link in the drop-down menu. Here, you can view your activity, followings, votes and other profile details.
