We’re pleased to announce several UX/UI enhancements to improve the customization and functionality of the platform your clients use. These updates are designed to streamline the creation process, offering even more control over design elements and improving the overall user experience.

Custom font size for text

You can now offer your customers the ability to input custom font sizes, providing more flexibility in design. End-users can specify font sizes from 1px up to 400px, ideal for anything from large headlines to small footnotes.

Benefits
Your clients can now create highly customized text designs that cater to a wider range of use cases. Additionally, for sizes over 64px, a note will indicate that the font size will scale down on mobile devices, ensuring a responsive experience.

How it works
In the text editor, users can click the font size field and input a custom size. If a size over 400px is entered, it will be automatically capped at 400px.

Indent and outdent for text

This new feature allows users to apply indents or outdents to any text block, improving control over formatting and layout, particularly in paragraphs and lists.

Benefits
Users can now refine their text presentation by adjusting the margin of text blocks. This is particularly useful for aligning text in more complex layouts.

How it works
In the text editor, users can select the "More" option, then apply indent or outdent to move the text by 32px increments, up to a maximum of 256px.

Hide elements via the control panel

Your clients can now hide individual elements (like text, icons, or maps) directly from the Control Panel without needing to navigate through Block Settings.

Benefits
This enhancement simplifies the site-building experience, allowing users to quickly hide elements and streamline their design process. The UI is more intuitive, reducing time spent searching through menus.

How it works
Users can click any element in the editor, and a "Hide" option will appear in the control pane, simplifying element management.

Adjusting the position of overlapping media

For premium blocks, users now have the ability to adjust the positioning of overlapping media. This is particularly beneficial for blocks like cover-with-overlaying-media or split-screen-with-overlaying-media.

Benefits
This feature enables finer control over creative layouts, allowing for better alignment of overlapping media elements. It enhances the overall aesthetic of your clients' sites, making premium blocks more attractive.

How it works
Media elements can be repositioned by dragging, using a system of percentage-based transformations, ensuring responsive designs across all devices.

Customizable block spacing for headers and footers

End-users can now modify padding for Header and Footer blocks, offering more flexibility in how these critical sections are displayed.

Benefits
Customizable block spacing allows your clients to achieve a more balanced and professional look by adjusting header and footer layouts to better suit their design goals.

How it works
Users can adjust the spacing by opening Block settings for any header or footer block and applying the new padding controls.

Image resizing feature

An important update to image resizing functionality within the editor, offering your clients enhanced control over their website designs. This new feature allows users to resize images from all sides of the media container, adding precision and flexibility to custom blocks and blocks with media.

Benefits

Greater precision: Resizing images from any edge for exact dimensions.
Creative control: Managing overlapping media with ease for improved design flow.
Time efficiency: Resize images directly within the editor, reducing the need for external tools.

How it works

When users select an image within a custom block or media block, resizing handles will appear on all sides and corners. They can drag these handles to adjust the image’s size, enabling more dynamic layouts and creative flexibility.
