If there is an outage of any type, something that affects the entire customer base including yours, this is where we will notify you of the problem as well as how we are proceeding with a solution. Some examples of outages that could be posted here:
- Customers cannot log in to their Sitebuilders.
- Sitebuilder is not loading when customers log in.
- System-wide blocker bugs that affect customers' ability to either work on their site or work with a major widget.
